Where is my order?
Open the tracking page and enter your order number or email. US orders arrive in 3 to 7 business days after dispatch. Canada, the UK and Australia take 7 to 15. If a parcel shows as delivered and you cannot find it, write to us and we will sort it out.
Can I return it?
Every order carries a 60-day money-back guarantee. Use the bar. If it is not for you, email us with your order number within 60 days and we refund you in full. Refunds are issued the same day we read your message and usually post to your account within 5 to 10 business days, depending on your bank.
I did not mean to start a subscription.
Reply to your confirmation email or write to us here, and we cancel it the same day. No questions, no fee. Your first order still ships, or we refund that too if you prefer. You can also skip, change or cancel any time from your subscription portal.
Is Kakiyu sold on Amazon?
No. Kakiyu is only sold here, at kakiyucare.com. If you bought a bar under our name anywhere else, it is not ours, and we would be grateful if you sent us the listing.
